Morning Yoga on the pier

Come and energize both your body and mind in the open air, as we invite you to a free morning yoga session on the pier. Take deep breaths and enjoy the view over the water, while the morning sun peeks out. Chalotte Fruergaard will guide you through poses that challenge your balance, strengthen and stretch your body. The event is for all levels and completely free to participate in. You just need to bring your own yoga mat.


Chalotte is a yoga and mindfulness teacher and has more than 30 years of experience on the yoga mat. More than 40.000 people have been to her classes on yoga, mindfulness and personal development.


Morning Yoga at Broens is happening from 10am – 11am.
