At Lola, they are a community of cool gastronomers. Rune, Mette & Kamilla want to start a dialogue about issues such as gender equality, sustainability and equal employment conditions. Behind Lola, is an ambitious team who have travelled the planet and will serve food inspired by their own personal food journals. Expect a kick and flavours from Latin America, India and South-East Asia. Kamilla has been working in Bolivia for 6 years where she was crowned Latin America's Best Female Chef in 2016. Rune has been working with food for more than 17 years - his focus has been on food experiences between cultures and relations. Mette has been working in New York for 3 years, where she was part of establishing a community center in one of the poorest neighbourhoods in Brooklyn.
