Morten Paaske Christensen is a chef with an appreciation of the finer culinary details. He imports the absolute best Italian pasta from a local family in Piemonte to Copenhagen. The pasta is cooked to perfection using innovative techniques and new technology. Morten uses his vast experience from Michelin restaurants to refine and elevate the classic and simple Italian pasta. Morten has lived in Italy and is trained at the Michelin-starred restaurant Formel B. He has also worked as a chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Alinea in Chicago. Besides this already impressive CV, Morten has also cooked an Italian dinner by a volcano in Sicily and cooked for The Crown Prince of Denmark, Frederik.
