Jesper Emil Norrie & Martin Ho are the people behind Poulette brining lots of experience from restaurants internationally and in Denmark. They are the power duo behind the hip wine bar Pompette in Nørrebro, where they also have Poulette with the same concept as at Broens. You can try their fried chicken sandwich with pickled cucumber, mayo, cheese, and lettuce served in a soft brioche bun or their vegetarian version with spicy fried mapo tofu. When you try their food, you will experience how they are not afraid of spices.
